Shingling and Staining the Exterior
April 27th 2011: I have the shingles purhased and stacked on the saw horses in front of the shed ready to be nailed on.
May 16th through 18th 2011: The northeast corner is in black and ready for painting the trim.
May 16th through 18th 2011: The northwest corner is in black and ready for painting the trim.
May 16th through 18th 2011: The southwest corner is in black and ready for painting the trim.
May 16th through 18th 2011: The southeast corner is in black and ready for painting the trim.
May 19th 2011: The northeast corner trim is painted and ready for shingles.
May 19th 2011: The northwest corner trim is painted and ready for shingles.
May 19th 2011: The southwest corner trim is painted and ready for shingles.
May 19th 2011: The southeast corner trim is painted and ready for shingles.
May 20th 2011: The northeast corner shingles are started.
May 20th 2011: The northwest corner shingles are started.
May 20th 2011: The southwest corner shingles are started.
May 20th 2011: The southeast corner shingles are started.
May 23rd 2011: The northeast corner shingles are finished.
May 23rd 2011: The northwest corner shingles are finished.
May 23rd 2011: The southwest corner shingles are finished.
May 23rd 2011: The southeast corner shingles are finished.
July 1st 2011: The shed is shingled except for the clerestory. The patio paving is partly finished.
July 12th 2011: The clerestory shingles are being finished by Aaron.
