Grape Vineyard

March 4th 2012: Aaron is building the fence for the first grape line. There will be 11 grape lines each with 20 vines. Merlot, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir seem to be the best for this region. time will tell.

March 4th 2012: On the hill above the oak tree is the first grape line with 20 vines planted by Aaron and Liza. Aaron is grubbing out a trail from the north end of the grape line, up the side of the driveway embankment to the Sangha Shed.

China Hills Fruit Trees

June 10th 2013: The grape line number one has been weeded and mulched. We have completed the digging, filling with excellent potting soil and are ready to plant fruit trees in these five holes in what we call China Hills.

Fruit Orchard and Garlic Farm

October 11th 2013: Liza embarked on two major enterprises this year. She started a fruit tree orchard that is in the fenced enclosure to the southwest of the little oak tree. And she started raising garlic in the garden plot that is far off to the southeast of the little oak tree.
