Pacific-Cascade Land Company, Inc. (PCLC) had surveys conducted to plat out the land intended for the Klamath River Country Estates. Surveys of lots and roads were completed in 1967 through mid-1969.
The surveys were filed with the Siskiyou County Board of Supervisors as part of the PCLC application(s) for approval of the KRCE subdivision. The five surveys, one for each of the Units, were recorded in the County Recorders' Office.
